The course considers issues around self esteem and assertiveness and increases life skills to help with interviews and work place relationships. Giant Strides and Fairy Steps deliver health and finess classes to children aged between 2 and 5 years. With the help of their parent/carer, our CYQ qualified instructor, who is also a qualified teacher and mum, will encourage and motivate your child to fitness through developing key skills such as balance, co-ordination and agility using engaging, exciting activities and equipment such as, space hoppers, parachute,, various balls, balancing steps etc.
Children's Parties can also be organised.
