A Derby man has been jailed after causing criminal damage at a petrol station and breaching his ASBO.

Darren Capewell (30) of Hartington Street, appeared at Derby Crown Court earlier this month.

He was arrested by police officers on June 13th 2010 after he punched and damaged the perspex partition screen at LW Fuels in Normanton Road.

He was further arrested for breaching an Anti-Social Behaviour Order which included conditions that required him not to cause harm, alarm, harassment or distress, beg in a public place or be in possession of an open vessel containing alcohol in a public place.
